Family Mediation Voucher Scheme
We are pleased to confirm that we are participating in the scheme announced by the Government to promote the use of mediation in relation to resolving issues concerning the arrangements for children on relationship breakdown.
For the time being, the Ministry of Justice will contribute up to £500.00 per family towards the fees of the mediator in assisting separating couples to reach agreement on the arrangements for their children.
Mediation is recognised as a positive way of addressing such matters and in the majority of cases is far preferable than using the Court process.Full details of the scheme can be found here:
