Make a Payment

This year, to save you from tears...

If you are separated from your spouse, then you know how stressful the festive season can be. This is especially true when arrangements have to be made in respect of children.

Living in separate homes could mean that your child will have to spend Christmas with one parent and not the other. Tensions may rise – and this is not what you want at Christmas. This can be eased by making sure that arrangements made are fair and amicably agreed upon by both you and the other parent.

This could mean the child spending Christmas Day with one parent and then spending Boxing Day with the other. It could mean you spending the festive season with your child this year and the other parent spending it with them next year. Each case is unique and what works for one family may not work for another.
