Simon has lived in Bedfordshire all his life and went to Bedford Modern School. He qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has practised in Bedford since then. He now heads our team that deals with disputes for private and commercial clients and also deals with commercial property transactions.
His main specialisation is dealing with disputes involving property, particularly landlord and tenant disputes in relation to both residential and commercial properties and disputes between businesses. On the transaction side, his experience covers the purchase and leasing of commercial properties and advising on development sites.
He is a member of the Bedford Surveyors 1921 Club and was President of that club for 2010/2011.
Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family and is also a Governor of the Sharnbrook Mill Theatre. He occasionally finds time to perform in the theatre, and enjoys cycling, swimming and watching his son play football.

Harshinder qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Sharman Law in January 2013. She specialises in dealing with commercial property transactions and in particular sale and purchases, landlord and tenant issues and property management.
In addition to her commercial property work, Harshinder has experience in complex residential conveyancing matters.
She has lived in Bedfordshire for 13 years and is very familiar with the area. She takes a proactiove approach in dealing with matters and hopes that her broad experience will enable her to offer pragmatic advice to clients.
