Steve is Head of our Conveyancing team. He has lived in the Bedford area since 1971 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1977. Ha has specialised in residential and commercial property work for many years, dealing with sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), mortgage work, transfers of equity and other types of transaction including complex property matters.
He has considerable experience with the acquisition of sites for property developers and the subsequent plot sales. He also assists a large number of property investors, understanding their requirements for quick timescales and creative transactions.
Outside of work Steve is a keen golfer and enjoys watching sport, listening to music, playing guitar and ukulele and spending time with his Family. He is a Governor of Rushmoor School and is a member of two village Trusts.

Tina works as a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Property Department dealing with all types of property transactions.
Her aim is to help clients to achieve their goals and she likes to try and make the often stressful process of moving home more relaxed and enjoyable!

Helen has worked in Solicitors offices for most of her working life. She joined Sharman Law as a secretary in 2001, and subsequently qualified as a Conveyancing Executive. She currently deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. She understands that moving can be a daunting prospect. Her aim is to provide a personal, friendly, caring and efficient service to her clients to make the process as stress free as possible.
