Understanding that relationship breakdown can be stressful, we will help and guide you through the process in order to make it is as painless as possible. We are happy to discuss our charges with you and we offer an initial fixed fee first interview at which we can talk through all the issues that affect you, including paying our fees.
We also offer reduced rates for those with an income from all sources of less than £20,000 gross per annum (£1,330 net per month) provided that they have less than £10,000 in savings / investments. If your spouse / partner is not the opponent in the case then his/her income will be aggregated with your own when working out eligibility for this scheme.
